BREAKZ are big, BREAKZ are back, and most of all, BREAKZ are BAD !!! bassmekanik.com is proud to present some of the finest contemporary funky breaks available from two of the best exponents of the breakz experience - orlando’s own dj brad smith and dj spice. dj’s brad smith & spice (a.k.a. jeff alderson) have been involved in the  southeastern breaks scene from the very beginning, dj brad smith has held  residencies @ The Edge in Orlando Fl, Parthenon and Mascarades in Tampa Fl.  all while producing his own 12” vinyl releases, the best known of which, “bassline” is reprised here as an exclusive re-mix. dj spice has held down residencies @ Firestone in Orlando Fl, The Iroquois in Roanoake Va and JuJu Beats in Los Angeles Ca. as an artist he is well known to electronica fans and music retailers due to his former role as co-founder of the successful orlando based production duo of “friction & spice”. in fact, between them, dj brad smith & spice have spun @ just about every major southeastern electronic event in the past 5 years including such well known national rave/electronica events as Zen (florida), JuJu Beats 
(california), Stimulation 101 (texas), Digital Mayhem (new york) and Curious George Goes To The Circus (connecticut).

BAD BREAKZ, the first in a new series from bassmekanik.com, showcases the best of DJ’S BRAD SMITH & SPICE ‘s new RAVEINDEX label in a continuously mixed program of high energy breakbeat synergy featuring the following x-clusive tracks (including the new “bassline” remix), of which most were formerly available only as 12” vinyl singles.
